OUR POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS: Studio 55 is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our stylists.  Because of this, non-refundable deposits are required. This is non-disputable and there are no exceptions. Deposits are accepted in person or via PayPal using the links below, and the amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointment. Please note that your apppointment is not confirmed until you pay your deposit. Until your deposit is received, that appointment time may be made available to other clients. If you must reschedule your appointment and are able to give at least 48 hours notice, it is at your stylist's discretion to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Refunds will not be given.

ALL OF THE SERVICES INCLUDE COMPLIMENTARY SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONING!

If your scalp is damaged, please add on a scalp treatment, as your appointment may be canceled if your scalp needs treatment.

 

ALL STYLIST THAT  WORK INSIDE OF STUDIO 55 hair salon are independent contractors, meaning they work for themselves, so their Schedules and prices may vary!

 

Pricing for our services are as follows, please be mindful that all services are per service. NO service includes another for example (SilkPress doesn’t include trim or cut, you must ask to add it ).

All services are priced individually.

 

 As for having long or thick hair there will be a price increase for services that require such.

 

• Consultations: $25

$25 will go towards your desired service.

To ensure you and our other guests a relaxing and enjoyable salon experience, please keep the following tips in mind:

 

Thank you in advance for respecting the privacy and time of our other guests. Our lounge area is reserved for guests waiting to be serviced. For the convenience of all guests, please avoid bringing or inviting any guest of any age to your reservation. All guests deserve to have a peaceful and satisfying experience. Our salon environment is one of relaxation and service. For the sake of safety and peace, we do not allow children without appointments in the salon area. Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. Do not bring children unless they have an appointment. We want your experience at Studio 55 to be relaxing and enjoyable for you and other guests.     

  • Hair Prepared For Service: Hair should be free of braids, twists, twist outs, weaves, or tangles of any kind prior to reservation. Unprepared hair will require additional time, if available, and additional maintenance fees will apply based on the amount of preparation needed. If additional time is unavailable, rescheduling will be considered.

 

  • Appointments: To ensure prompt service, appointments are always ideal but walk-ins are gladly accepted when time is available. If you are a new guest and would like a brief phone consultation, you can call us to make your appointment. For any add on services to your appointment, please notify your stylist as soon as possible so they may confirm their availability to fulfill your entire request. If you have any questions or need an immediate response, please give us a call at (210) 233-9427.

 

  • Confirm Appointments: Your appointment is not confirmed unless you have paid your deposit for service. 

 

  • Arrive Early: Arriving early will allow us to ensure you enjoy every minute of your experience. However, if you do arrive late, please remember that your service must end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed. Our scheduling is designed to allow for sufficient time needed to complete your appointment. A 15-minute grace period will apply to each reservation. If you are running late for your appointment, please call the salon. Late arrivals for any reason may result in rescheduling.

  • To Cancel: Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling your reservation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, your deposit will be forefeited. 

  • NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/ CHILDREN: Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service.

Studio 55 is located in the heart of Stone Oak, convenient to Loop 1604 and Hwy 281. We are open Tuesday through Saturday and walk-ins are always welcome.
